Our Manifesto:

Our life is composed of time. How we use our energy determines what happens in this time, i.e. my experience of life. And lastly, they are finite. Thus my time, energy and attention are my most valuable resources as they are what make up my life.

Our time, energy and attention are in our control, as I can choose how I spend my mental and physical energy and thereby how I utilise my time. This is what is in our power. So we need to ask ourselves, are we exercising our freedom, are we deliberately using our power? If we spend the vast majority of our free moments doing something which is not fulfilling to us, or doing something that we would actually prefer not to do, we are arguably not as free in our lives as we think, and we are not living how we truly want to.

Life is about Freedom.
